Tried mango sago and ginger milk boba tea. Both were good in taste and quantity. Certainly above average compared to the other businesses selling drinks in Marshall st. However, service was slow.

Cute, unique...had sooo many variety of Boba tea drinks, unique blends. I go to a lot of boba shops, and there are blends here I haven't seen elsewhere (eg avocado brown sugar), which are my two favorite mixed together. It can be overwhelming so start with their top sellers and work your way from there. Good luck.

Perfect venue for a Baby Shower for a Baby Girl! Lots of pink fun celebratory decor, food was delicious (I especially love the Shredded Duck Noodles and the Singapore Noodles), and bubble tea is always a hit (my favorite is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea (it’s addictive)! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Overall a great time for all! 💕

Cute place to hang out. A lot of drinks to choose from, but the fruit tea lacks flavor and there is a little too much honey in the honey milk making the drink too sweet. The food is disappointing as well. Certainly did not expect so much red 40 on the chicken wings.

I’m so happy Hi Tea moved to a bigger and better location—it’s absolutely adorable and even more inviting now! The decor is super cute, with fun little touches everywhere that make it the perfect hangout or study spot. Of course, the drinks are still top-tier. Whether you’re into classic milk teas or looking to try something new, everything is consistently delicious and beautifully made. The staff is always so kind and accommodating, which really adds to the overall experience. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Hi Tea has easily become my go-to boba spot in Syracuse, and I’m so excited to keep coming back to this new location!
